Since 2003, Abercade has been regularly updating statistical data on the volume and structure of the import of veterinary preparations. An updated 2010 version of monitoring data is currently available.

The data on the volume of import of veterinary chemical and pharmaceutical preparations with breakdown by the following main groups of medicinal agents have been prepared:

• Antibiotics and antibacterial premixes

• Antibacterial preparations for mastitis treatment

• Antibacterial preparations for metritis treatment

• Antibacterial sprays

• Coccidiostatics

• Preparations against ectoparasites

• Preparations against endoparasites

• Hormonal preparations.

Inside each category, the data are structured according to the following categories:

1.    Country of origin;

2.    Forwarder;

3.    Manufacturer;

4.    Consignee;

5.    Commodity name and description (trade name, INN, preparation form);

6.    Packaging type and capacity.
